Neyagawa Station

Here are the pictures of inside of Neyagawa station. It's one of the station of Keihan train line. All trains except rapid limited express and limited express stop at this station.  It shows how much important this station is.

Right in front of the station there's river. The name of the station derived from the city which is called "Neyagawa". Neyagawashi is residential area as Hirakatashi is. Its population is second largest among Osaka's cities. I went to this station with my Japanese friend so she helped me to ask some questions to
a station employee. According to what he answered, this station is so crowded epsecially in the morning. Because there are many students who go to schools around this station and also there are many people who commute from this station. Thus, in the morning, they help people to get in the train safely. And, I asked him what kind of places are near here. He said a cityhall of Neyagawashi is located very near the station. Since Neyagawa station is located in the center of Neyagawashi, the location of this station is very convenient for residents in Neyagawashi.

Few minutes distance by walking from the station, there is a park along the river which is called "Neyagawa Seseragi koen" The station employee said  "People often hold events at this park." The reason is because many people use this station so here is good place to gather people. It seems like this station is considered as an important place for people who live near the station.  Since here is residential area, this station is desigend to get to such as the cityhall and the park easily.

Around the station, there are many shops for living stuff and there are two big supermarkets near the station. One is in the station and the other is right next to the station. I went to two supermarkets and many people were there. It seemed very is for people who commute from this station to another station to go to shopping after working. Also, here are many factories and companies so some people commute from other stations to this station.

Since Neyagawashi is pretty biggest town and many people live here, this station seems important for people either who live here or who come here to work or go to school.
